It was purchased new in December 2021 for my moribund grandmother, however, unfortunately, she never had the opportunity to use it.

The battery is dead - the BMS currently has it in low-voltage protection, as one of the 18650 lithium cells has vented, despite being stored correctly - this appears to be a common issue with these batteries.
New batteries are available, however, a competent technician with access to a tag welder should be able to replace the cells for a fraction of the cost of new ones.
Other than the battery, the chair comes with all accessories and is in perfect condition.
