Rea Azalea Assist Transit Wheelchair

• Hey guys, I have a Rea Azalea Transit (manual) wheelchair surplus to my needs.
• Being a transit chair, it cannot be self-propelled, and this model also does not fold up for transport.
• I purchased this chair second-hand several years ago, and it was used indoors only until the last few months when my mobility deteriorated, and it saw outdoor use.
• I have since upgraded to a power wheelchair, hence not having a need (or the space) for this one.
• As you can see, the material is quite worn from use; however, this is cosmetic only.
• The weight limit is 136kg - although I would have been slightly over this in the past.
• There is also some surface rust on the frame - I am unsure how much of an issue this would be.
• I never had any issues, but as with any medical equipment, I would recommend getting it checked by a professional.
• The chair is otherwise quite "decked out" and has a headrest, full tilt and recline movements, elevating leg rests, lateral trunk supports and a tray table (not pictured).
• Also, the second armrest and lateral trunk support are not installed in this photo, but I do have these.
• The chair is also suitable for transport in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
• If you're in need, I'm happy to donate this chair; however, if you want to trade/give me something for it, it will just be going towards offsetting the huge expenses I have had this year with my power wheelchair.
