Registration for ARATA 2008 Conference

Before starting

Please read the conference registration brochure and the program schedule below. These documents contain information about the registration process, session streams, and accommodation options.

Two formats are available - a smaller pdf print version and an accessible MS Word text document.

Registration form

The secure online registration form has been designed with accessibility in mind. However if you prefer you can post or fax the printed form (from the brochure) with payment.

Steps: The form has 4 sections:

  • Step 1: Delegate information
  • Step 2: Workshop and session preferences
  • Step 3: Conference package and accommodation selections
  • Step 4: Payment (uses secure server-side encryption)

Checklist: You will need the following information to complete the registration form:

  • Details for the workshops and sessions you wish to attend (found in conference program)
  • Your accommodation requirements, including booking information such as the number of nights, arrival and departure dates (to secure ARATA group discount for hotel reservation)
  • Full time student or concession ID number (for discount rate)
  • Your credit card details

Notes:

  • One person per form only
  • Select your session preferences for each day of your registration by indicating your preferred choice (where preferences are not marked the organisers reserve the right to allocate sessions)
  • Please complete the entire registration form and submit with your payment
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • The early bird discount is now closed
  • On receipt of your completed registration form and full payment you will be issued with a confirmation letter, tax invoice and where applicable your personal itinerary

Allow approximately 20 mins to complete the form and register your selections.
